Each of our solutions is based on our remote service standard software 'symmedia SP/1', the most successful solution in the world for remote service in the mechanical engineering industry. More than 60 years of development have gone into creating this software, which has been installed in over 80 countries in many thousands of companies.   

symmedia SP/1 is a solution that was not only developed by experts from the IT industry, but also by practical representatives of mechanical engineering. With a brainpool of nine renowned German mechanical engineers and a handful of specialised developers, prior to 1999 the group 'Multimedia in Mechanical Engineering' began creating a remote service solution that aimed to be practical, secure and sustainable. Since then, we have been getting feedback from the users of symmedia SP/1 and have been continuously expanding the core product with and for our customers.
